Affiliates & Community Manager (South Asia)

Binance, a prominent global blockchain ecosystem supporting the largest cryptocurrency exchange worldwide, is in search of a proficient Affiliate & Community Manager to join the marketing team based in South Asia. The ideal candidate should possess a strong interest in marketing and technology, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and YouTubers to expand the affiliate network.

• Manage negotiations, onboarding processes, and paperwork for new affiliates, ensuring seamless integration.

• Foster strong relationships with affiliates through consistent and effective communication.

• Analyze affiliate performance data to provide recommendations for enhancing effectiveness.

• Devise and implement promotional campaigns focused on maximizing return on investment (ROI).

• Generate reports using internal data to track and optimize affiliate channel performance.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs for market competitiveness.

• Engage with the South Asian community across various platforms to create an interactive environment and provide support.

• Plan and execute online and offline community events such as meetups, workshops, and webinars.

• Gather and analyze community feedback to offer insights for product development and marketing strategies.

• Monitor and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment using analytics tools for performance assessment.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams for cross-functional community initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, particularly in fintech, preferably within the crypto industry.
• Proficient knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape.
• Background in business development would be advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships and managing diverse communities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers.
• Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
