The ideal candidate should possess a strong interest in marketing and technology, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors.
Responsibilities:
Actively engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and YouTubers to expand the affiliate network.
Manage negotiations, onboarding processes, and paperwork for new affiliates, ensuring seamless integration.
Foster strong relationships with affiliates through consistent and effective communication.
Analyze affiliate performance data to provide recommendations for enhancing effectiveness.
Devise and implement promotional campaigns focused on maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Generate reports using internal data to track and optimize affiliate channel performance.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs for market competitiveness.
Engage with the South Asian community across various platforms to create an interactive environment and provide support.
Plan and execute online and offline community events such as meetups, workshops, and webinars.
Gather and analyze community feedback to offer insights for product development and marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment using analytics tools for performance assessment.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams for cross-functional community initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, particularly in fintech, preferably within the crypto industry.
- Proficient knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape.
- Background in business development would be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships and managing diverse communities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers.
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
