As an AI Analyst - Developer Telemetry, you will play a crucial role in the AI Accelerator initiative, serving as the backbone of measurement. This role involves developing and managing the data infrastructure that visualizes the transformation progress by converting data from AI tools, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines into executive-level dashboards.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of software development processes, AI tool implementation, and developer productivity metrics. You will be responsible for conducting daily pipeline health checks, preparing weekly cohort analysis reports, maintaining dashboard visualizations, and collaborating with other team members to extract both quantitative and qualitative insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily pipeline health checks and manage any anomalies
• Generate weekly cohort analysis reports for project leads
• Update and maintain dashboard visualizations with new telemetry sources
• Collaborate with AI Analyst - DevX for in-depth data assessment
• Provide real-time data context during executive discussions
• Train team members on dashboard interpretation
• Submit weekly pipeline health digest reports to Project Lead

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related field within an engineering setup
• Proven expertise in building production-grade data pipelines for dashboard management
• Hands-on experience with GitHub API and CI/CD pipeline data manipulation
• Familiarity with developer productivity metrics, DORA metrics, or engineering KPI programs

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SaaS companies and distributed engineering teams
• Knowledge of data ecosystems like Workday or Salesforce
• Past involvement in AI transformation projects or developer productivity initiatives
• Proficiency in real-time dashboarding and streaming data pipelines
