AI and Automation Engineer

These projects are rapidly developed with lean team structures. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and implementing scalable applications, from frontend user interfaces to backend systems.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced AI and Automation Engineer to join our AI Innovation team. The ideal candidate will drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI-driven automation solutions, focusing on improving Client onboarding, operational efficiency, and financial processes. This role requires a combination of strong software engineering skills, in-depth expertise in Generative AI, and practical experience in executing complex automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support Automation & Chatbots
Develop and maintain AI-powered customer chatbots and automation tools to enhance response times and resolution rates for customer support processes.
Integrate AI models with existing support channels and backend systems.
Generative AI & RAG Implementation
Create and optimize applications utilizing Generative AI (GenAI) and implement robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows for accurate, context-aware responses.
Explore and incorporate various Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundational models.
KYC & Financial Automation
Implement secure and compliant automation solutions for Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, including data validation, document processing, and risk identification.
Develop automation flows for payment processing and reconciliation to ensure precise, secure, and reliable financial transactions.
Software Development
Write clear, efficient, and well-documented code in Python for machine learning models, automation scripts, and system integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Operations) to define requirements and deliver cohesive solutions.
Agentic AI & Workflow Management (A Plus)
Utilize or quickly adapt to AI flow software and frameworks like Dify, n8n, LangChain, or other Agentic AI platforms for building intricate automation workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in software development, AI engineering, or automation-focused roles.
- Programming: Strong hands-on experience with Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- AI/ML: Proven track record in NLP/NLU, machine learning model deployment, especially in chatbot and customer service contexts.
- GenAI/RAG: Practical experience in implementing Generative AI solutions and constructing RAG architectures.
- Domain Knowledge: Direct involvement in customer support automation and AI chatbot development. Familiarity with financial technology processes, particularly KYC and payment processing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI workflow software such as Dify, n8n, or other Agentic AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scaling AI/ML services.
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
