We seek an Algorithmic Trader with proficient Python coding skills and a keen interest in HFT, liquidity provision, and crypto trading. As part of Wintermute, you will have the opportunity to manage your own trading desk, develop trading algorithms and strategies, and receive mentoring from experienced traders and developers. Primary Responsibilities

Following a brief training period, you will be entrusted with enhancing existing trading strategies, introducing new products, and refining our trading system technologies. Your role will involve analyzing large volumes of trading data, generating insights, prioritizing solutions, and directly impacting the company's P&L. You will also be encouraged to explore and implement new ideas and strategies with no preset constraints.

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in Python with 1-3 years of coding experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
• While prior trading knowledge is not mandatory, a strong interest in algorithmic, high-frequency, and quantitative trading is essential
