As an Applied Scientist Intern focusing on neural rendering and compositing at Flawless, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of elite researchers in addressing some of the most formidable challenges in Deep Learning. This includes but is not limited to multi-modal image synthesis, audio-visual data amalgamation, and the implementation of cutting-edge generative AI works. Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Visual Computing, Computer Vision, or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience in neural rendering specifically applied to human digitization
- At least 1 year of verifiable industry or research background in deep learning and computer vision, covering Computational Photography (essential), domain adaptation methods for image face synthesis/editing/restoration, and application of Unsupervised, self-supervised, few/zero-shot learning to image synthesis/editing/restoration issues
- Familiarity with challenges in 3D Computer Vision such as 3D reconstruction & modeling
- A minimum of 3 years' proficiency in Python with expertise in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or Tensorflow
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with generative models (e.g., GAN and diffusion models), preferably for human synthesis
- Experience in volumetric neural rendering like NeRFs and Gaussian Splatting
- Knowledge of differentiable rendering frameworks including Pytorch3D, Mitsuba, among others
- Presentations in reputable venues such as Siggraph, Eurographics, ICCV, CVPR, ECCV, etc.
The monthly compensation for this role is in the range of $6,200 - $7,000.
