岗位职责
- 负责公司级数据仓库体系的建设，推动企业级数据模型建设及数据治理体系的落地；
- 负责公司数据架构体系的优化升级，推动数据研发流程的改进，提升数据研发质量与效能；
- 主导大数据平台技术架构规范、标准的制定，为应用设计、开发及部署提供架构指导原则；
- 与数据分析师合作推动数据为产品运营赋能，通过技术创新让数据为业务发展带来价值；
- 负责数据团队的建设与管理工作，培养和组建技术梯队，优化资源利用。
任职资格
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上数据研发领域经验，2年以上互联网团队管理经验；
- 精通数据仓库相关理论，有企业级的数据仓库建设经验，有数据治理相关成功经验；有AWS EMR平台经验者优先；
- 熟悉Hadoop生态体系，包括但不限于Hadoop、Hive、Spark、Flink、Kafka等，并能结合业务场景进行架构设计；
- 具有较强的编程能力，熟练使用java和python开发；
- 良好的业务理解力，能从业务视角看问题，从技术角度解决业务问题；
- 有自驱力，结果导向。
