ASO Lead - App Store Optimization: Android & IOS

Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and seasoned ASO Lead to drive our market strategies in key markets and optimize our app store presence to maximize organic user acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in user acquisition, localization strategies, and organic app store optimization techniques, coupled with a strong business mindset.
This role necessitates a profound comprehension of both organic and non-organic digital marketing channels to effectively introduce and expand our apps in global markets. Join our dynamic global team with the shared mission of making cryptocurrency accessible to all.
Responsibilities:
- Development of ASO Strategy: Craft and execute comprehensive ASO strategies to enhance app visibility and rankings worldwide, including conducting keyword research and competitor analysis.
- User Acquisition Optimization: Implement ASO strategies to boost user acquisition conversion rates, analyze app store data for informed decisions, and collaborate with internal and external partners to identify growth opportunities.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to ASO and user acquisition, generate reports to evaluate strategy effectiveness, and keep abreast of industry trends for a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in user acquisition, digital marketing, or app marketing roles.
- Proven track record in improving app rankings and driving user acquisition through ASO strategies, ideally within similar verticals.
- Experience in localization strategies and adapting app content for diverse markets.
- Strong understanding of organic and non-organic digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration capabilities, communication skills, and project management proficiency.
