ASO Lead - App Store Optimization: Android & IOS

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ASO Lead to drive our go-to-market strategies across key markets and optimize our app store visibility to boost organic user acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in user acquisition, localization tactics, and organic app store optimization techniques, with a keen business sense. This role demands a deep comprehension of both organic and non-organic digital marketing channels to effectively launch and grow our apps globally.
Responsibilities
ASO (App Store Optimization) Strategy Development
Create and implement comprehensive ASO strategies to enhance global app visibility and rankings.
Carry out keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend studies to optimize app metadata and improve search visibility.
Deploy localization strategies to customize app content for various markets and languages, driving higher engagement and downloads.
Collaborate closely with tech and product teams to elevate app rankings.
Work in coordination with the paid team to ensure unified execution of keyword strategies.
User Acquisition Optimization:
Employ app store optimization strategies to increase user acquisition conversion rates.
Analyze app store data and user feedback to refine and enhance user acquisition techniques.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify avenues for user acquisition growth and expansion.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to ASO and user acquisition campaigns.
Produce regular reports to evaluate strategy effectiveness and propose optimizations while driving best practices.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to retain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in user acquisition, digital marketing, or app marketing roles.
- Proven track record of boosting app rankings and driving user acquisition through ASO strategies in similar verticals like TradFi or Defi/CeFi.
- Experience in localization strategies and global app content optimization.
- Strong understanding of organic and non-organic digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and facilitate data-based decisions.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
- Exceptional communication, project management, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
