Job Summary:

The role of an Assistant Site Manager focused on Mining Operations plays a vital part in CleanSpark's bitcoin mining operations. This position forms an integral component of a larger team that offers round-the-clock coverage and assistance for the mining centers, supporting the efforts of the engineering and facilities teams.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience: Preferred 1 year of technical experience in a bitcoin mining facility.
• Specific Skills: Possess leadership qualities, effective communication skills, ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks, basic computer proficiency. Personal traits of being proactive, helpful, conscientious, taking pride in work, and a team player are essential. CleanSpark values forward-thinking, enthusiastic, results-oriented, and collaborative employees.
• Knowledge of Bitcoin mining is advantageous.
• Certifications: Not mandatory.
• Licenses: Not required.
• Physical Abilities: Capable of lifting 50-75 lbs.
• Reliable self-transportation.
