Associate Consultant (Information Management System / Japanese Speaking)
Overview
Our client, a prominent global leader in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), is in search of a skilled and enthusiastic LIMS Implementation Associate Consultant to join their growing business in the Japanese market. This is a fully remote role with required occasional trips to Japan for client-side implementation. Proficiency in both Japanese and English languages is a must-have.
As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in enhancing their laboratory operations by effectively implementing and configuring LIMS solutions. This position involves a blend of technical proficiency and customer interaction, providing a dynamic career trajectory with thorough training opportunities offered by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and document detailed client requirements and operational processes
- Translate business needs into precise technical specifications
- Implement and fine-tune LIMS solutions according to client needs
- Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for client staff
- Offer strategic advice during validation and testing processes
- Act as a technical advisor and manage projects independently
- Carry out on-site implementation projects at client sites
- Acquire specialized knowledge in industry-specific methodologies and standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Science or Information Technology
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English languages
- At least 2 years of professional programming experience
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database systems
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational skills and project management
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible for occasional travel assignments
