Job Requirements:
- Drive growth in trading volume and market share for the Global Markets business, catering to crypto native firms such as protocols and VC's.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for various client segments in the global markets domain, swiftly addressing their requirements through internal connections.
- Develop sales methodologies and operational processes to enhance the offensive go-to-market strategy.
Position Responsibility and Impact Assessment:
- Shape the targeted go-to-market approach encompassing marketing strategies, business operations, and enhancing client experiences.
- Execute campaigns or projects catering to specific clients or products, driving new business opportunities and improving the Anchorage Digital portfolio.

- Collaborate cross-departmentally, including legal, product, client experience, compliance, to efficiently close deals and provide unparalleled client experiences.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 3-5 years of sales trading or prime brokerage sales expertise.
- Hold a minimum of 2 years of direct involvement in the crypto industry.
- Exhibit strong technical knowledge and a keen interest in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, staking, and governance.
- Maintain a robust network of institutional clients and peers engaged in digital assets.
- Thrive in a dynamic startup environment, showcasing excellent communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
