Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop, test, and deliver high-quality products.
- Identify, document, analyze, and manage product defects throughout the development process.
- Develop detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Manage project dependencies and mitigate potential risks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing development.
- Proven ability to create clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Proficiency in testing Webservice/Restful APIs and familiarity with databases like MySQL.
- Strong programming skills with expertise in at least one of the following languages: Java, Javascript, or Python.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira, Trello, and Slack.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Experience working in distributed or remote environments.
- Passion for problem-solving and a strong curiosity to understand the root causes behind issues.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in performance testing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of automation build-up processes.
- Proficient in using at least one source code management tool like SVN or Git.
