We are currently looking for a seasoned Backend Java Engineer to join our vibrant team. The perfect candidate should possess substantial experience in Java development, specializing in creating backend systems that are high-performing, scalable, and reliable. This role includes troubleshooting intricate technical challenges, ensuring system stability and performance, and collaborating with diversified teams to deliver top-notch projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create and integrate business modules and core frameworks using Java
• Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues in Java backend systems to maintain optimal performance and stability
• Engage with various teams to validate the efficacy of system architecture and maintain project quality and progression
• Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback
• Continuously improve and enhance existing systems for scalability, performance, and robustness

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of Java development proficiency
• Expertise in IO and multithreading technologies
• Proficient in technologies like Spring, MyBatis, and common NoSQL technologies
• Familiarity with mainstream development frameworks and standard distributed system components, including caching and messaging mechanisms
• Ability to independently design systems, with experience in high-concurrency, high-availability, and high-load development
• Competence in designing, developing, and fine-tuning large-scale distributed systems
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving and providing effective solutions to complex technical problems

Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is considered a plus.
