Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the evolution and expansion of the analytics ecosystem to steer growth and strategic initiatives.
• Utilize Snowflake for data warehousing and manage extensive datasets for analysis and transformation.
• Conduct tailored data analysis to produce insights supporting internal and client decision-making.
• Engage with business teams to grasp requirements and offer data-led recommendations to meet underlying needs.
• Deliver valuable insights aiding enterprise decisions through data-driven methodologies.
• Collect, cleanse, validate, and present data in easily digestible formats.
• Write, enhance, and maintain intricate SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from various sources within the Snowflake Data Platform.
• Implement data transformation workflows utilizing tools such as Matillion, dbt, or similar ETL tools to maintain data quality and structure.
• Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot data pipelines for accurate data flows across systems.
• Design and create scalable, reusable data models for consistent reporting and analytics.
• Conduct root cause analyses to address issues and enhance processes effectively.
• Manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Collaborate with other analysts to leverage existing insights and documentation.
• Create, maintain, and improve business process and data documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence role providing data analytics and business insights.
• Demonstrated expertise in system and process scalability.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Proficiency in data querying and analysis languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouses.
• Prior experience in data transformation utilizing Matillion, dbt, or equivalent ETL/ELT tools.
• Sound understanding of descriptive and predictive analytics.
• Excellent presentation and design abilities, particularly when communicating to executive audiences.
