Role Summary:
On a daily basis, the intern will play a pivotal role in expanding and engaging Binance's local community by managing social channels and chat groups, aiding in content creation and customization, organizing both online and offline events, and supporting partnerships with universities, developer communities, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and broader Web2 and Web3 ecosystems. They will also contribute to community campaigns, Binance Angels initiatives, and general regional marketing and community operations to ensure Binance maintains an active, relevant, and well-connected presence in the local market.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and foster local Binance user communities, online and offline.
- Manage regional social media and chat groups to boost community interactions and unity.
- Identify and utilize community-friendly platforms for local community enhancement.
- Coordinate and conduct online and offline events and gatherings within the region.
- Develop, translate, and review content tailored for the local audience to benefit Binance, focusing on the local market.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with regional Developer Communities, Universities, Blockchain associations, KOLs, and other audiences in web2 and web3 spaces.
- Execute successful online and offline developer campaigns like hackathons, workshops, and conferences from concept to implementation.
- Introduce new community-friendly platforms to encourage growth and expansion.
- Act as a liaison between Binance Angels and various Binance departments to oversee and support special projects, marketing ventures, community AMAs, communications, and other program tasks.
- Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding processes for new Binance Angels volunteers.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for a marketing major.
- Possess experience in digital marketing planning and execution, ideally within crypto exchanges, fintech, eCommerce, technology, or gaming sectors facing B2C.
- Previous roles in marketing/growth in a Spanish virtual asset exchange are highly preferred, with knowledge of crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem.
- Demonstrate exceptional organization skills, effective time management, and comfort in managing multiple projects across various time zones.
- Fluency in English is mandatory for collaboration with international partners and stakeholders; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks.
- Experience in community management and event coordination is a bonus.
