Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with the community on multiple platforms to address queries and offer assistance
- Foster and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders
- Gather and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams for product development and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to implement cross-functional community projects
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns, focusing on strategy development and performance measurement
