Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage local crypto influencers and creators to onboard to Binance Square.
• Support new creators throughout the onboarding process, offering necessary guidance and support.
• Analyze engagement metrics and community feedback to enhance creator campaigns.
• Coordinate online and offline events with creators and community members.
• Stay updated on local crypto trends and share regular industry updates with the team.
• Assist with administrative and organizational tasks to ensure seamless project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• University student or recent graduate with a keen interest in blockchain and digital communities.
• Prior exposure to Web3 and Crypto Startups is a plus.
• Familiarity with local crypto culture and the influencer landscape.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, fluency in Vietnamese and Arabic advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Enthusiastic, resourceful, and proactive approach to learning and adapting in a dynamic work environment.
• Previous experience in community management, social media, or content creation desirable.
