Key Responsibilities

• Engage in data cleaning, analysis, and modeling for core business functions to derive actionable business insights
• Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to develop data models tackling real-world issues like user behavior prediction and operational efficiency enhancement
• Utilize advanced model technologies to explore inventive applications like automated report generation and intelligent Q&A systems
• Work collaboratively with business teams to translate data findings into visually appealing reports (Dashboards/PPTs) supporting management decision-making
• Maintain data quality standards and contribute to refining data collection, storage, and processing methodologies

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in disciplines related to Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
• Skilled in data analysis tools (Python/R/SQL) with familiarity in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
• Proficient in the fundamentals of large models and fine-tuning techniques; hands-on experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Matplotlib
• Ability to swiftly grasp business requirements and convert abstract challenges into data-driven solutions
• Strong data interpretation skills to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential opportunities within extensive datasets
• Essential fluency in English and Chinese to effectively collaborate with international partners and stakeholders
