• Typical responsibilities include:

  • Supporting market surveys and data analysis to provide insights and recommendations on pay frameworks and salary optimization.
  • Managing compensation & benefits data, driving talent and cost management insights, and enhancing tools for efficiency.
  • Assisting in company-wide compensation reviews, budgeting, and plan implementation.
  • Contributing to global insurance plans, benefit projects, and communication efforts.

• Requirements:

• Demonstrate humility, critical thinking, openness to learning, and curiosity.

• Excel in adapting to fast-paced environments, showing accountability, and achieving results.

• Possess strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and capability in G Suite.

• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
