- Develop, implement, and oversee data annotation pipelines, encompassing tasks such as schema definition, labeling guidelines, and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate closely with research and engineering teams to enhance model performance, scalability, and robustness.
- Execute experiments, conduct data analysis, and meticulously document methodologies and outcomes.
- Explore and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and industry best practices for bolstering LLM systems and AI agent capabilities.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or having recently obtained a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient grasp of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
- Familiarity with transformer models, LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Qwen), or related technologies is advantageous.
- Previous experience or keen interest in prompt engineering, fine-tuning methods (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA), and model assessment techniques.
- Basic understanding of data annotation workflows and labeling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of collaborating both independently and in a team setting.
- Fluency in English is mandatory to facilitate coordination with international partners and stakeholders. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
