Binance Accelerator Program Overview
The Binance Accelerator Program is a precise and structured initiative tailored for individuals starting their career journey, providing them with an immersive encounter within the swiftly evolving Web3 domain. Participants will gain insight into the inner workings of Binance, fostering networks and honing professional proficiencies that will propel their careers. Eligibility
This program is open to current university students and recent graduates.
Roles
- Develop, implement, and evaluate a holistic marketing and community engagement strategy, covering performance marketing, brand recognition, social media, and event organization.
- Oversee and refine the user success funnel, including input on key product UI/UX aspects facilitating user engagement.
- Enhance the active user base and bolster brand awareness through data-driven performance marketing initiatives and competitive analysis.
- Cultivate and manage affiliate partnerships, collaborations, and B2B ventures, in addition to enhancing incentivization to drive growth.
- Foster vibrant online and offline communities through content creation, moderating activities, fostering positive interactions, and supporting the Binance Angel Program.
- Organize impactful online and offline events like meet-ups, hackathons, and workshops, tailored to local markets.
- Keep abreast of local trends, communities, and news to contribute to brand awareness efforts.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for marketing majors.
- Previous experience in digital marketing planning and execution, ideally in industries like crypto exchanges, fintech, eCommerce, tech, or gaming.
- Strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology domain.
- Data-driven and performance marketing-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and expanding user bases.
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Thai for international stakeholders communication.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple ongoing activities.
- Background in community management and event coordination is advantageous.
