We are seeking a dedicated individual to join the CIS Marketing team, where the focus lies on content creation, management, paid acquisition channels, and support for lifecycle marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a crypto enthusiast or junior growth marketer eager to enhance their digital marketing skills within the dynamic realm of Web3.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with content development for various platforms, including blogs, announcements, and educational materials.
• Supporting internal communication initiatives, especially within lifecycle marketing campaigns such as emails, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Contributing to the optimization and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta.
• Playing a role in community growth initiatives.
• Collaborating on marketing campaign executions.
• Participating in growth experiments and analyzing performance metrics alongside the team.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated interest in crypto/blockchain with exposure to Web3 or tech marketing being a plus.
• Basic understanding of paid ads management with a willingness to deepen this knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision.
• Fluency in both Kyrgyz and English to facilitate coordination with international partners, with proficiency in Russian viewed as an advantage.
• Must be based in Kyrgyzstan.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic learner, and a proactive team contributor.
