Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Regional Paid Ads Team in optimizing and managing paid social campaigns across various platforms.
• Aid in campaign monitoring, setup, and daily performance tracking.
• Compile and organize campaign data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Learn and implement best practices for paid social advertising through mentorship.
• Collaborate with internal teams for asset delivery and content creation.
• Contribute to ad copy and creative testing initiatives.
• Support in documenting workflows, processes, and campaign insights.
• Proactively identify avenues for enhancing campaign performance and team productivity.

Key Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field.
• Interest in digital marketing and paid social advertising.
• Previous exposure to digital marketing or advertising is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and paid advertising concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
