About Binance Accelerator Program:
The Binance Accelerator Program is a focused 3 to 6-month initiative created to provide a comprehensive immersion into the rapidly evolving Web3 sector. Participants will gain valuable insights into Binance's operations and the inner workings of the leading blockchain ecosystem worldwide. Alongside your primary duties, you will have the chance to expand your professional network and cultivate transferable skills to advance your career on a junior fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product strategy and planning.
- Extract valuable insights for product improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize products and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns for success and user engagement.
- Analyze product performance data and react promptly to enhance user experience.
- Assist Product Managers with day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Educational or work experience in Business or Finance with a strong interest in cryptocurrencies.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly.
- Proficiency in SQL is preferred.

About the role Own product strategy and roadmap for 1–2 portfolio projects (DeFi protocols, trading platforms or RWA infrastructure).
