About Binance Accelerator Program
The Binance Accelerator Program offers a valuable opportunity for Early Career Talent to gain hands-on experience in the expanding Web3 field. By participating in this fixed-term program, you will immerse yourself in Binance's operations, gaining insight into the workings of the premier blockchain ecosystem. In addition to your daily responsibilities, the program emphasizes networking and skill development to enhance your professional growth.
Who is Eligible
This program is open to current university students and recent graduates who can commit to a minimum of 3 days per week for a period of 3-6 months.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Operations Support: Collaborate on planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and suggesting enhancements.
- Community Operations Support: Engage with the community, gather user feedback, and contribute to enhancing user experiences.
- Documentation & Process Improvement: Document operational processes, monitor product updates, and actively participate in refining workflows.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
