Roles and Responsibilities

• Marketing:

  • Support in crafting, refining, and promoting captivating content and marketing strategies
  • Aid in creating and designing promotional materials to boost visibility
  • Liaise with various teams to ensure seamless communication and distribution of marketing collateral
  • Conduct market research and track competitor trends to enhance product positioning
  • Assist in user-friendly UI design planning and implementation
  • Work closely with PR and design teams to maintain brand consistency in marketing materials
  • Collaborate with product and design units to ensure comprehensive communication of product features

• Product Operations:

  • Develop and update user-friendly guides, tutorials, FAQs, and announcements for our product line
  • Support the internal payment process setup and execution
  • Contribute to launching and managing new mining products
  • Monitor and enhance overall performance of mining products
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of products and address customer queries related to mining pools

• Operational Compliance:

  • Assist in aligning all product operations with legal regulations and ethical standards
  • Participate in audits and compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks
