Binance Accelerator Program - Quantitative Analyst (Derivatives)

Who is Eligible: This program is open to current university students and recent graduates.

Role Overview:

This role encompasses activities related to spot and derivatives OTC trading, electronic flows, agency execution, and API liquidity solutions within an engaging interdisciplinary environment, aimed at tackling complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance existing derivative pricing, quoting, and risk models.
• Research and assess current trading and hedging strategies for potential enhancements.
• Gather and analyze both traditional and alternative data to create and test predictive statistical models.
• Establish risk management frameworks and tools for effective portfolio risk mitigation.
• Collaborate closely with traders, researchers, and other teams within the organization.
• Undertake analytical tasks delegated by senior team members.

Requirements:

• Hold a Master's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrate a strong academic record and exceptional problem-solving abilities suited for a fast-paced environment.
• Available to commit a minimum of 4 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
• Proficiency in derivatives and options pricing, trading strategies, and risk management.
• Proficient in at least one programming language for analysis, with a preference for Python.
• Familiarity with database languages, including SQL.
• Previous experience in a comparable quantitative role is advantageous.
• Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms is beneficial.
• Self-driven, curious, and able to effectively communicate ideas to diverse stakeholders.
