About Binance Accelerator Program
The Binance Accelerator Program is a short-term initiative designed for Early Career Talent looking to gain valuable experience in the rapidly evolving Web3 industry. This program provides participants with an immersive glimpse into the inner workings of Binance, the foremost blockchain ecosystem globally. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, individuals will have the chance to network and develop crucial skills to advance their careers. Eligibility
This opportunity is open to current university students and recent graduates.
Responsibilities
Operations / Project Management (70%)
Manage incoming requests from external partners such as Airdrop and token swap processes
Handle internal teams' inquiries regarding new trading pairs with listed tokens
Assess both internal and external requests through ROI analysis
Drive and execute new initiatives in alignment with stakeholders
Enhance processes for increased efficiency, risk management, and execution quality
Conduct post-project evaluations and support operational enhancements driven by data
Account Management (30%)
Familiarize yourself with Binance products, services, and marketing strategies
Analyze the business models and future plans of listed projects to identify growth opportunities
Recommend relevant Binance offerings to support the growth of listed projects
Conduct thorough due diligence reviews for requests from listed projects
Requirements
- Availability to commit for at least 6 months
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Alignment with company values such as humility and dedication
- Proficiency in Google suite of products
- Passion for the cryptocurrency industry and digital assets
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies

Crypto Quant Trader
As a Quant trader with FORMATNULL you execute proven strategies across Crypto Futures and Spot markets, monitor existing positions across exchanges and research, develop, and refine new cryptocurrency trading strategies. The role will straddle analyzing new trading opportunities, statistical approaches to profit calculation, trade execution, and support in reporting and KPI management.The ideal candidate would bring a deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, technical and fundamental analysis, have multiple years’ experience trading at an institutional desk, and arrive with one or more tested strategies for rapid deployment. However, to the extent that strategies remain in the late development or testing stages, such candidates with sufficient market experience should certainly apply as well.Salary negotiable with additional perks. You will run a 5 to 7 digits USD trading account and with increasing responsibilty and negotiatable profitshare you will enjoy a comfortable income. The position is designed to be predominantly remote, with flexibility for in-person collaboration when needed.
