📍 Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy secure and scalable blockchain solutions.Develop smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, or other relevant languages).Work with decentralized protocols (Ethereum, Polkadot, Cosmos, etc.) and layer-2 solutions.Integrate blockchain technology with existing systems (APIs, backend services).Conduct security audits and optimize performance of blockchain networks.Stay updated on industry trends (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, ZK-proofs, etc.).
🔍 Qualifications
Proven experience in blockchain development (public/private chains).Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries.Knowledge of consensus algorithms (PoW, PoS, DPoS) and cryptography. Compatibility Truffle, Hardhat, or Foundry for smart contract deployment.Understanding of IPFS, The Graph, or other decentralized storage/oracle solutions.Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
✨ Bonus Skills 
(Preferred)Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.Experience with zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) or rollups.DevOps skills (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD for blockchain nodes).

As a Proprietary Trader at Ligo Network, you’ll leverage your deep understanding of crypto markets, meme ecosystems, and DeFi protocols to generate alpha and execute high-frequency, high-reward strategies. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain core community platforms (such as Telegram, X.com, TikTok, LINE, etc.) by publishing accurate and engaging original content, including announcements, tutorials, user stories, etc., to expand brand influence.
Develop and implement community guidelines, maintain a positive atmosphere, and handle disputes. Respond to community members' questions in a timely manner and provide basic support.
Plan and execute community-exclusive activities (AMAs, Q&As, game nights, creative competitions, online/offline meetups).
Build a self-sustaining fan community, encouraging user-generated content and peer-to-peer interactions.
Create segmented channels or communication mechanisms for different user groups (fans, creators, developers, investors). Act as a communication bridge between the community and project teams (product, technical, marketing), conveying the voice of the community.
Reward community contributions within the community using methods such as airdrops, point systems, and other incentives, in line with the marketing strategy, to encourage token holders to actively participate in the project .
Establish partnerships with core Web3 communities and develop a clear partnership framework, detailing resource sharing, event support, and mutual incentive policies.Utilize analytics tools to continuously optimize community engagement strategies based on user feedback and interaction data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in community operations or social media management. Experience with Web3 or blockchain projects is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of effectively conveying project information.Possess a certain level of creativity and editing skills, able to independently write or assist in producing related copy, images, and video materials.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and coordination abilities, capable of operating efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamically changing work environment.
Exhibit strong team collaboration spirit, proactive attitude, and the ability to independently solve problems and drive project progress.
Key Points:
Work Format: This position is full-time remote with a decentralized work model. The candidate must possess strong time management skills to ensure timely responses and efficient collaboration during working hours.
Communication and Collaboration: Communication will primarily be conducted online, with the option for in-person meetings if necessary.
Holiday Arrangement: Holidays will generally follow China's official public holiday schedule. However, due to international collaboration, it is essential to maintain basic communication during holidays to ensure that work is not affected.
