Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the strategic execution of marketing initiatives aimed at engaging retail users through campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Support in developing campaign strategies, budget proposals, and post-campaign evaluations to measure performance and return on investment.
• Play a pivotal role in organizing and managing online and offline events like product demonstrations, community meetups, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Cultivate and oversee user communities across various platforms, actively engage with members, and monitor community feedback effectively.
• Innovate and explore new campaigns, channels, creatives, and growth tactics for enhanced acquisition.
• Aid in the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of brand ambassadors to drive campaign objectives, monitoring their contributions align with targets.
• Moderate local forums, social platforms, and chat groups to facilitate positive community interaction.
• Facilitate collaboration between Angels and internal teams such as BD and Marketing, assisting in lead collection and market research efforts.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach in executing all marketing tasks effectively.
