Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of Identity and Access Management for back-end systems on the IAM platform
• Involvement in supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Enhancement and maintenance of IAM AIbot capabilities
• Management of IAM tools and provision of technology support for functional and business needs, covering various aspects such as account administration, access review, data protection, and risk analysis
• Support with STAP Monitoring for system alerts analysis
• Continuous evaluation of system functionality effectiveness, recommending enhancements aligned with organizational requirements
• Ability to address impromptu tasks from management with minimal oversight

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in an IT/ Computing related field
• Prior experience in Identity and Access management with a robust grasp of the core principles
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices, along with familiarity with relevant access control technologies and tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving aptitude
• Proficiency in Python, Django, or comparable software engineering, e.g., AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker. Web development skills are advantageous
• Bilingual fluency in English/Mandarin to facilitate communication with international partners and stakeholders
• Highly adaptable and flexible to handle change effectively
