About Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program offers a structured program for Early Career Talent to gain immersive exposure to the expanding Web3 landscape. Participants will get firsthand experience of life at Binance and insights into the operational mechanisms of the leading blockchain ecosystem. In addition to the primary responsibilities, the program emphasizes networking and skill development to broaden professional connections and foster career advancement opportunities.

The program welcomes current university students and recent graduates to apply.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage security services across the company's infrastructure.
• Maintain internal crawler applications to ensure the stability of crawler-related operations.
• Engage in DevOps activities, including tasks related to Kubernetes and AWS.
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate security into the entire development cycle.
• Automate business processes and establish CI/CD solutions.
• Develop and maintain crawler scripts.

Basic Requirements

• Proficient in Python, especially in web scraping tools like requests, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, and Scrapy.
• Advanced knowledge of Java with expertise in Spring Boot for independent backend development.
• Familiarity with SQL syntax, preferably experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Strong grasp of Git, REST APIs, modular design, and fundamental development concepts.
• Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in web crawling or backend projects, with showcased projects on GitHub or in a portfolio.
• Proficiency in pandas, JSON, and regular expressions.
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or cloud-native tools (training provided for beginners).

Additional Information

• Knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Part-time positions (minimum 3 days per week) are open to current students with a commitment of 3-4 months.
