About Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program is a well-defined fixed-term initiative tailored for early-career talent aiming to gain significant experience within the expanding Web3 sector. The program is open to current university students and recent graduates.

**Role **

We are actively constructing next-generation Web3 infrastructure and seek enthusiastic engineering talent to partake in our growth journey. In this role, you will engage directly with our core team on tangible challenges, such as optimizing real-time big data pipelines, and integrating AI tools into our development workflows. This position offers hands-on involvement with significant ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

• Engage with real-time big data components like Kafka, Flink, or Spark Streaming to enhance performance.
• Contribute to Web3 project development, including on-chain data ingestion and blockchain analytics.
• Utilize AI tools and LLM-assisted workflows to expedite development functions.
• Collaborate proficiently in English with a cross-functional team on technical aspects.
• Proactively explore new technologies, seek knowledge, and share insights within the team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated interest in software development with a proactive approach to learning and experimentation.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, capable of participating in technical discussions
• Initiative-driven with the ability to take charge of learning opportunities.
• Availability for a minimum commitment of 4 days per week throughout the internship period.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of blockchain concepts like transactions, wallets, smart contracts, or DeFi protocols.
• Exposure to distributed systems, stream processing, or database design.
• Experience with AI coding assistants in project settings.
