About Web3 Social Media Team:
This position will support Binance's Web3 initiatives by managing the Binance Web3 social media accounts and collaborating with the central social media team. In addition, the individual will assist with Priority Web3 initiatives through the @Binance social accounts.
About Binance Accelerator Program:
The Binance Accelerator Program provides Early Career Talent with a concise fixed-term program to gain expertise in the expanding Web3 space. This program offers the opportunity to experience the inner workings of Binance, connect with professionals in the industry, and develop transferable skills to advance their careers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Binance Web3 social accounts, including content creation, strategy development, and posting
- Increase distribution of Web3 content through various Binance channels
- Collaborate with design, content, performance marketing, and product teams to drive effective social media campaigns
- Create and execute growth campaigns and events with Web3 partners
- Analyze campaign performance across channels and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Monitor social media landscape and provide actionable insights
- Engage and build communities through individual and group conversations
Requirements:
- Current university students or recent graduates in Marketing or related fields
- Fluent in English
- Deep understanding of the crypto market, Web3 space, and ongoing trends
- Knowledgeable about crypto and Binance's product suite
- Excellent writing and copywriting skills
- Experience in content creation and social media management
- Digital marketing or social media role experience for brands is a plus
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and motivation
- Remote work and startup experience is a plus

What You’ll Do
* Architect, implement, and deploy **secure smart contracts** for an on-chain Play-to-Earn GameFi ecosystem
* Lead contract design decisions with a focus on robustness, auditability, gas efficiency, and resilience to attack vectors
* Mentor/junior developers: perform code reviews, establish standards, best practices in security & testing
* Collaborate cross-functionally with game designers, backend, QA, and security teams to align smart contract features with product roadmap
Must-Haves:
* 4+ years hands‐on experience developing & deploying smart contracts (Solidity / EVM or equivalent) in production environments
* Track record of writing secure contracts, familiarity with common vulnerabilities (reentrancy, integer over/underflow, front-running, flash loans, etc.)
* Experience with audits, formal verification, fuzz testing, or other advanced contract assurance methods
* Strong test suite / CI workflow skills; comfortable using tools like Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle etc.
