The Binance Accelerator Program offers a defined short-term initiative crafted for Early Career Talent to gain immersive experience in the thriving Web3 industry. This program provides the opportunity to delve into the workings of Binance, the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. In addition to enhancing your skills on the job, the program focuses on networking and professional development to expand your connections and capabilities for career growth.
Who Can Apply
This program is open to current university students and recent graduates who are available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of foundational company products.
- Manage the compilation and implementation of business module interface documentation.
- Utilize strong troubleshooting abilities to address issues presented by the QA team.
- Support the Customer Service team in resolving customer issues and categorizing them for system enhancement.
Requirements
- Possess a degree in a computer-related field at the bachelor level or above.
- Proficiency in Java fundamentals with understanding of essential frameworks like multithreading and networking.
- Familiarity with Spring micro-service framework and comprehension of its operational methodology.
- Proficient understanding of MySQL database, at least one noSQL database, and common middleware like Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
- Strong logical thinking skills, teamwork aptitude, and rapid learning capability.
- Prior experience with open source projects is advantageous.
