Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients, focusing primarily on global institutional/VIP clients.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships via consistent communication and thorough understanding of their requirements.
- Develop essential customer service protocols and systems, establish management guidelines, and monitor the progress of key accounts.
- Analyze user behavior, identify latent needs, generate key customer analysis reports, collaborate with various departments to offer optimal customer service solutions and product insights.
Requirements:
- Proven sales background, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Experience working autonomously within sales teams, collaborating with regional teams, and participating in events for customer acquisition.
- Client portfolio encompassing institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private banking clients, and others.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability in diverse situations, effective relationship maintenance skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Passion for the crypto industry; prior experience would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English to liaise with international partners and stakeholders; knowledge of additional languages a plus.
