- Responsibilities: 

Conduct comprehensive research on existing centralized exchange models and best practices in the cryptocurrency industry.

Design a cenralized exchange model that aligns with the project's objectives while ensuring fairness and sustainability.

Develop smart contracts for CEX including staking, yield farming, lending & borrowing and etc.

Lead the backend team to develop backend api endpoints and integration with smart contracts and onchain data.

Work closely with the frontend development team to integrate between frontend and backend.

Analyze potential economic scenarios and provide recommendations for improvement.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful implementation and evolution of the CEX. 

- Requirements: 

2+ years of experience in blockchain ecosystem.

Proven experience in designing and developing smart contracts for blockchain projects, preferably on EVM blockchains.

Understanding of Centralized Exchange (CEX) concepts and protocols.

Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Detail-oriented with a critical eye for identifying potential risks and opportunities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Familiarity with website backend and database development is a plus.
