A leading cryptocurrency exchange is looking for an experienced Blockchain and IT Analyst to join our Second Line Risk Management team. This role is ideal for individuals with expertise in blockchain forensics and IT data analysis. The Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Investigators to protect the company from internal and external fraud risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and monitor blockchain transactions effectively.
• Conduct forensic investigations to trace the origin and flow of blockchain transactions.
• Analyze patterns, identify clusters, and connect related transactions to uncover potential risks.
• Perform in-depth analysis of IT data and system logs to support forensic investigations.
• Develop and implement data collection and interpretation methods for diverse IT systems.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and tools in blockchain analysis.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in blockchain analysis, cryptocurrency investigations, or related fields.
• Strong skills in blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis and TRM.
• Proficient in analyzing IT data and system logs to interpret data accurately.
• Familiarity with various cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
• Knowledge of money laundering tools and concealment techniques.
