Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in development activities, including proposing architectural decisions, designs, code review, and implementation in the blockchain protocol
- Address and resolve complex issues within the blockchain protocol
- Collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams to create high-scale backend services
- Document all implemented code and functionalities
- Work with DevOps and ecosystem engineers to enhance the tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Passion for creating top-notch solutions for real-world challenges
- Proficiency in various technologies, quick learner, and proactive attitude towards task completion
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to manage conflicting requirements
- Willingness to welcome and incorporate ideas from others, while being open to challenges and improvements
- Self-motivated with the capability to independently execute tasks
- Open to learning, collaborative, and able to give and receive feedback
- Over 5 years of engineering experience, especially in backend development like Go or Rust
- Practical experience with basic cryptographic primitives and distributed systems concepts
- Familiarity with consensus algorithms such as Raft or PBFT
- Previous experience with Go, Rust, or blockchain systems is beneficial
