Role Overview The Brand Marketing Director at Flipster will be instrumental in crafting and executing marketing strategies to boost brand recognition and manage public relations campaigns of various scopes. This role involves representing the brand, leading efforts to heighten brand visibility and positioning, supervising marketing trends, coordinating all aspects of marketing campaigns, and guiding a team of marketing professionals to drive brand and business growth. The ideal candidate is adept at elevating brand awareness and managing diverse marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to bolster business growth.
- Represent the brand in public relations and marketing campaigns.
- Lead marketing team in achieving key performance objectives across all marketing initiatives and ensuring project completion.
- Align marketing initiatives with cross-functional team objectives, collaborating closely with product, design, and sales teams to monitor campaign progress.
- Establish processes for marketing activities grounded in data analysis and market research to optimize performance and ROI.
- Supervise the evolution of Flipster's brand identity and messaging, staying abreast of marketing trends and technologies.
- Uphold integrity and compliance standards in all marketing practices to ensure adherence to industry regulations and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in leadership or management roles.
- Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing impactful marketing campaigns that drove B2C business growth on a global scale.
- Varied experience across multiple marketing channels, particularly in email and social media marketing, showcasing proficiency in digital marketing.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills along with expertise in utilizing online marketing tools and platforms.
Preferred
- Background in tech, fintech, or financial sectors, offering a strategic edge in competitive markets.
- Experience with rapid-growth B2C startups, demonstrating adaptability in scaling environments.
