Description
NEAR Foundation seeks a skilled Business Analyst to join the CEO's office, playing a crucial role in supporting various initiatives within the organization. The primary responsibility involves facilitating a clear understanding of activities within the NEAR ecosystem and guiding stakeholders on contributing to the cause. This role demands strong strategic thinking, exceptional analytical capabilities, and effective communication with stakeholders at various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate data analysis into actionable insights and present them regularly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Formulate strategies for efficient data analysis and reporting.
- Compile strategic insights throughout NEAR Foundation, sharing them with key stakeholders through presentations.
- Gather information from across the NEAR ecosystem to aid the CEO in making strategic decisions and enhancing communication.
- Act as a coordinator to ensure efficient follow-ups and implement new ideas effectively in the short and long term.
- Lead the implementation of quarterly OKRs and prioritization processes across the organization.
- Initiate new projects and streamline their operation before scaling them accordingly.
- Innovate processes to enhance organizational efficacy, including program development, operational streamlining, and effective management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technology firms or consulting, with a focus on Web3 and/or AI.
- Demonstrated capabilities in business judgment, analytical thinking, and decision-making.
- Proficient in translating data-driven insights for diverse audiences and creating compelling narratives.
- Strong communication skills, specifically in English, with expertise in crafting effective slide decks for various audiences.
- Experience working in startup or client service environments.
