Token Metrics is currently in search of a skilled Business Analyst who can optimize data and create visualizations on Mixpanel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analytics, preferably with a SaaS or Fintech product. Strong knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Python/R, MS Excel, and Data Infrastructure is necessary for this position. Additionally, experience with web analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Google Analytics is desired. Candidates should hold a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Science. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to effectively communicate findings and insights. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving skills who is highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. A self-starter with a get-stuff-done attitude is also preferred.

Responsibilities include using data expertise to gain insights into how users interact with core products, designing and evaluating experiments using relevant KPIs, conducting user experience testing to assess usability, building dashboards to monitor KPIs across various departments, performing exploratory analysis to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement in the product and different departments, and defining key metrics for product performance while identifying ways to enhance them.
