Digital Assets Business Analyst
We are in search of a driven and results-driven individual to join our team focusing on business development as either a Business Analyst or Associate with a focus on research and lead generation. The main responsibilities of this role include identifying and qualifying potential customers and partners, generating sales leads, and nurturing relationships with prospects. Your key objective will be to assist the business development team in creating a pipeline of qualified leads and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.

The selected candidate will directly report to our Director of Business Development, with the potential for advancement within the role and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries.
- Engage in outbound prospecting activities like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to initiate contact with prospects.
- Qualify leads through meaningful conversations and understanding prospect needs.
- Collaborate closely with the business development team to devise and execute lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Leverage sales and marketing tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor progress towards targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.
- Provide insights and feedback on lead generation strategies and campaigns to marketing teams.
- Attend sales team meetings and contribute insights on lead generation strategies, market trends, and customer feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in traditional finance roles.
- Highly personable and comfortable representing Kadena on calls, video meetings, and at industry events.
- Self-starter with the ability to lead processes from start to finish.
- Strong drive for improvement and producing high-quality business documents.
- Both a team player and self-motivated individual.
- Familiarity or interest in digital assets is a plus.
- Proficient in creating institutional-grade spreadsheets and presentations.
- Preferably holding a B.S. or M.S. degree.

- Starting salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 annually, plus benefits.
