Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including executives and external clients, to assess project viability and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Engage in on-chain activities involving crypto wallet addresses, decentralized applications, and blockchain services to support cryptocurrency-focused endeavors.
• Analyze extensive financial, operational, and market datasets to inform complex business strategies and executive decision-making through statistical models.
• Research and consolidate industry data from various sources, standardize unstructured business intelligence data, and merge external benchmarks with internal key performance indicators using custom scripts and automation tools.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to enhance efficiency, enable dynamic pricing, forecast budgets, and conduct comprehensive variance and industry analyses.
• Create statistical and time series models to predict service pricing, identify customer behavior trends, and perform scenario analysis in support of strategic decision-making.
• Build interactive dashboards and automated pipelines for visualizing financial and operational metrics effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Comprehensive understanding of Crypto and DeFi, encompassing knowledge of tokenomics, staking mechanisms, DeFi protocols, and blockchain ecosystems.
• Proficiency in developing Excel-based financial models, including three-statement forecasting and company valuation projections utilizing WACC/FCFF.
• Skills in designing and implementing automated data-cleaning workflows for large datasets, integrating business intelligence tools, and developing dashboards.
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Databricks, and Excel VBA.

Compensation: The anticipated annual compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $93,000, based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
