p0x labs is a collective working on advancing technologies for projects like Manta Network, aiming to ensure privacy for web3 applications and decentralized assets by leveraging zero-knowledge proofs. The group adopts fundamental principles and implements state-of-the-art cryptographic methods such as zkSNARKs to create and implement protocols with exceptional performance and robust privacy/security features.

Manta Network receives support from prominent investors such as Polychain and Binance Labs. The founding team possesses extensive background in the blockchain realm, hailing from prestigious institutions like Harvard and MIT, as well as leading web3 ventures like Algorand. If you are passionate about constructing privacy-centric solutions utilizing zero-knowledge proofs, developing blockchain applications, or exploring the Polkadot ecosystems, we are eager to know more about you.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or partnerships within the blockchain/crypto industry
• Demonstrated history of successfully sealing deals and collaborations with other Web3 projects
• Profound comprehension of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies
• Stay updated on the blockchain domain with a sharp ability to detect and capitalize on emerging trends
• Extensive connections within the Web3 space
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Proficient at working in a small, high-paced team environment
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to adapt and excel in uncertain situations

Nice to Have

• 2+ years of project management experience in a growing startup
• In-depth understanding of DeFi
• Technical expertise in zero-knowledge proofs and/or other cryptographic applications
