Business Development and Operations Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Tokenomics team as a Business Development and Operations Specialist. The key focus of this role is to drive business growth and ensure operational excellence for clients seeking to develop their Tokenomics with us. The ideal candidate should have a successful background in business development within the Web3 industry and prior experience in managing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in partnering with us for developing Tokenomics strategies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, thoroughly understanding their requirements and aligning them with our solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to create engaging proposals and presentations for clients.
- Act as the main contact point for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage client accounts from onboarding to continuous support, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, such as product, technical, and legal, to ensure project delivery.
- Monitor and report on the performance of client accounts, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Oversee the operational aspects of client projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Establish and refine processes to increase efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.
- Keep updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development specifically within the Web3 sector.
- Demonstrated experience in managing customer accounts within a Web3 environment.
- Profound knowledge of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Development or Management.
