Business Development Associate (Web3 Native)
Job Description:
1.)Expand Plena Connect SDK Integration:
-Identify and engage with DApps for potential integration with Plena Connect SDK.
-Lead discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure successful SDK integration.
2.)Partnership Development:
-Identify and secure strategic partnerships to enhance Plena’s ecosystem.
-Maintain and leverage existing relationships to introduce new partners.
-Collaborate with partners to co-create marketing and promotional campaigns.
3.)Coin Listings:
-Proactively reach out to new and emerging coins to be listed on Plena.
-Manage relationships with token projects and guide them through the listing process.
-Stay updated on market trends to identify potential listing opportunities.
4.)Lead Generation and Outreach:
-Conduct cold outreach to potential partners, leveraging both existing contacts and new leads.
-Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners, including KOLs, KOL managers, and marketing agencies.
-Follow up diligently to convert leads into active collaborations.
5.)Community and Network Building:
-Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and marketing agencies to support Plena’s initiatives.
-Build and maintain a strong network within the crypto community to facilitate future activities.
6.)Product and Market Analysis:
-Regularly review and analyze Plena’s products and market position.
-Recommend activities and strategies to drive user growth and engagement.
-Identify and bring on board growth partners to achieve dynamic growth.
7.)Strategic Planning and Execution:
-Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Job Requirements:
-Experience: 1+ years in business development, preferably within the crypto or blockchain industry.
-Network: Well-connected within the crypto space, with a robust network of contacts.
-Skills: Proven ability to conduct cold outreach, follow-ups, and leverage existing connections.
-Knowledge: Deep understanding of the crypto industry, including DApps, SDK integrations, and coin
listing processes.
-Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Strategy: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth.
-Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
