Your Role at Circle:
As a vital part of Circle, you will work under the VP of Business Development, Americas, responsible for steering the validation, incubation, and commercialization of crucial product and segment initiatives. Your key duties include leading new product and Business GTM efforts, handling a strategic portfolio of opportunities, driving partnership progress, executing comprehensive GTM plans for key initiatives, and overseeing the development of business models and economics for new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead new product initiatives and Business GTM strategies across product pillars.
- Manage a set of strategic opportunities, propel partnership development, and craft and implement comprehensive GTM plans for vital initiatives.
- Validate new product ideas, assess product market fit, engage with partners, and collect market feedback.
- Generate agreements with groundbreaking partners for product incubation, drive bilateral agreements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch a minimal viable product, and refine the business model and monetization strategies.
- Lead decisions on further development progress, ensure the initiative is market-ready by collaborating across functions.

Requirements for the Role:
- Twelve or more years of business development, product partnership, or fintech experience, with a preference for crypto or payments background.
- Demonstrated ability in driving cross-functional teams, collaborating with technical resources, negotiating high-impact deals, and developing clear hypotheses on product-market fit.
- Proficient in English with strong written and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented, enjoys contributing to enhancing company processes, and adept at managing multiple initiatives efficiently.
- Strong drive for innovation, problem-solving, and fast-paced environments.

- The compensation package considers various factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and organizational needs, with the base pay range stated.

Please note the following compensation details:
- Base Pay Range: $195,000 - $252,500
- Annual Bonus Target: 20%
