Key Responsibilities:
- Directly report to the VP of Business Development, Americas and spearhead the validation, incubation, and commercialization of crucial product and segment initiatives.
- Lead new product and Business Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across different product sectors.
- Manage a strategic portfolio of opportunities, drive partnership progress, and design and execute comprehensive GTM plans for significant initiatives.
- Validate new product concepts and use cases through engagement with partners, gathering market feedback, and assessing product-market fit.
- Make crucial leadership decisions on advancing development initiatives.
- Secure pioneering partners to kickstart product incubation, craft and execute agreements, and collaborate with teams to launch an MVP.
- Delineate business models, including economic strategies for monetization.
- Elevate initiatives for market readiness in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
- Possess 12+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or a similar role in the fintech or financial services arena, preferably in crypto or payments.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams with a data-driven approach.
- Collaborate effectively with technical resources for partner solution development.
- Show proficiency in negotiating and finalizing strategic deals at a C-level.
- Think strategically to form hypotheses on product-market fit and go-to-market strategies.
- Exhibit strong pipeline management skills to prioritize business growth opportunities effectively.
- Communicate effectively in English through writing and presentation.
- Enjoy early-stage building, enhancing company processes, and working at a fast pace to support business growth.
