Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the VP, Business Development, Americas, you will play a pivotal role in the validation, nurturing, and commercialization of crucial product and segment initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading new product and Business Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across various product pillars
  • Identifying and managing a portfolio of strategic opportunities, propelling partnership growth, and formulating and executing comprehensive GTM plans for priority initiatives
  • Validating new product concepts, testing product market fit through engaging with partners, and collating market feedback
  • Making critical decisions on advancing development through Go/No-go evaluations.
  • Establishing groundbreaking partnerships for product validation, crafting and executing agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to introduce a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
  • Fine-tuning the business model, encompassing economic and monetization strategies
  • Transitioning initiatives to market readiness through cross-functional collaboration

Our Expectations of You:

  • Over 12 years of experience in business development, product partnership, or product management within fintech or financial services, with a preference for crypto or payments sector
  • Proven track record of aligning cross-functional teams with a data-driven methodology
  • Proficiency in collaborating with technical teams and contributing to partner solution development
  • Demonstrated ability to secure high-impact strategic deals with C-level stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with expertise in defining product-market fit hypotheses and implementing go-to-market techniques
  • Strong pipeline management skills and the capability to prioritize initiatives for optimal business growth
  • Outstanding written and presentation skills in English
  • Passion for early-stage development, enhancing company processes, and driving rapid progress to benefit partners and customers

Additional Details:

  • This role offers day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates
  • Compensation is based on various factors, including experience, skill set, qualifications, and organizational requirements
  • Salary Range: $195,000 - $252,500
  • 20% Annual Bonus Target
  • Benefits include Equity, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)
  • Discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave, and 11 paid holidays annually in the U.S.
